You might not have heard of Heybike, the brand has sold thousands of its fat-tired utility bikes around the world by focusing on providing widely accessible (and affordable!) electric transportation to people who need a dependable A-to-B. Now, HeyBike plans to grow even more, thanks to a number of upgrades to its fat tired e-bike model, Explore, announced earlier this week.
Considering the first Explore model sold out less than a week after it was first announced, you might want to pay attention to what made the bike so popular— and why HeyBike’s upgrades to the bike will make the new version even more desirable.
Different from the old model Mars and Cityscape, the Heybike Explore is more in line with the needs of traveling as a fat tire e-bike. The Heybike Explore Step-Thru Fat Tire electric bike boasts a front suspension fork and can reach distances ranging from 55 miles when solely leveraging its electric capabilities and 70 miles when pedal-assisted. It sold out more 50 pcs per day when the new model came out! Why so popular?

With 4″ by 26″ tires, the increased width allows for a more stable riding experience. This comes in addition to a removable 48 V 20 Ah battery, perfect for daily commutes and outdoor exploration, as well as an upgraded 750-watt motor that allows riders to travel farther and faster. The Heybike Explore is capable of reaching speeds up to 28 mph, and with its removable battery, riders can conveniently charge it in their homes or offices.
“We refer to the battery as a strong heart hidden in a giant beast,” said Jasion, CEO at Heybike. “It was designed to give riders the opportunity to explore a new range of speeds and distances as they pursue their extraordinary passions, and we have been able to deliver in that regard with the newest Explore model.”

The Heybike Explore also features a new twist grip throttle built to maintain more of a constant throttle throughout a given ride, making it easier for riders to easily handle rough road conditions. With a mere twist, riders can activate the easy-control system to enjoy a fine, stable ride with the “wild beast” as they journey through their extraordinary explorations.
“I am so excited that I can buy the new model from Heybike. I bought two Heybike Mars last year and wanted to give some time before I bought a new model. I did a lot of research before I bought them, and found that they had all the features I wanted without having to add items. They’re a great price for everything you get and the service is outstanding. I would’ve had to wait months for any other ebike,” a Heybike customer, David, said in a review.

Priced at $1,699.00, the Heybike Explore fat tire e-bike is now available. To learn more about the Heybike Explore or place an order, please visit https://www.heybike.com/products/heybike-explore-electric-bike
